1YR Birthday for the tank , rescape and some pics

Hi Everyone ,

Just a little update 1YR on for my little 5ft reef tank.

Few battles on the go as with any new tank , had some cyano and some aptasia the war continues but not that worried

Looking good!!! Did you go with led and t5 mixed from the very beginning? I think that's what I'm going with for my new setup, so just kinda interested to see how others evolved to that setup.

WWIII i originally had 2 black boxes led units and a 3 tube T5 Unit for lighting , I then upgraded to the ATI Hybrid LEDx2 with 8x39w T5 , i love the ATI unit and i will have second unit on the way as i want these units for the new build

How are those copper bands with your corals ?

They are happily getting along and there new home is currently being built along with my new home they will be moving to the penthouse within 6 months

Copperband hasnt touched coral came from a well established full SPS system , feeds on all pellet and shrimp

so, my favorite thing is the cat being entertained and I'm sure plotting how he/she is going to get those critters. ; )

She always sleeps on the bed watching the tank , she has never gone hunting around the tank but she loves to watch the show lol.

Cat makes the tank looks small but yeah she is a Maine coon

I put 90g in my sig but i feel its larger , we dont really use gallons here in australia so its a estimate
