2 6105's quit working

I have 2 6105 pumps hooked up to the v1/2 ports on my neptune apex controller and noticed a week ago one of them was not working. Decided to try the v3/4 port and neither of them would work. Unplugged from the controller all together to see if I could get them to work directly full blast and could not get either to work now with or without the controller. Have the 24v jumper plugged in. Try'ed with the 18 and 12 volt jumpers and still nothing. Verified the power source and also try'ed a different plug to make sure. The pumps are both only about 3 months old. Any ideas of what could be wrong or what I need to do to get them working?

To start I would just open the pump and remove the drive unit (prop and magnet) if it is seized by calcium this is a likely cause and this will generally occur after 4-6 months but it is possible in less time if Ca or KH or pH levels were high or a precipitation occurred or fine sediment was suspended. A metal shaft should remain in place in the pump and never force the drive unit out, if it is stuck, soak it in vinegar and warm water mixed 50/50 and try removal with a twisting motion after an overnight soak. Once they are separated soak the motor and drive unit until you see no calcium deposits present.

If you have a voltmeter it would be worth verifying the power supplies are still putting out voltage. In general the motors are pretty durable, the most common issue is just a jammed drive unit or a dead power supply.

You nailed it on the head! Both magnet/props were stuck in the drive motor due to calcium buildup. After pulling the props out and an overnight soak, they are as good as new!! Thanks for the quick response and the help!!
