2 Brand New Laguna Max Flo pumps for sale

Do you have to use the snap on type hose with the 2400 or can the fitting on the pump be changed to accomodate different types of hose?
 
Not sure. I never opened the box and it still has its original wrapping. I'd assume so. My return pump is a 1500 and I was able to cement a hard pvc pipe to the snap on adapter. I ran the hard pvc to a union and then to spa flex hose. What type of pipe were you looking to run?
 
I'm enquiring about this pump for a friend who has a running pond.
They are using 1" black corragated hose connected to a pump via a straight barb.
All the valving is on the other end of the hose.
They are looking for a stronger pump that they can do a direct swap with, maybe change the barb if nessesary.
No hard plumbing on this setup.
 
I would imagine the hose they are using could be slid over the output or the snap on fitting and clamped if necessary.
 
I looked up the pump on the manufacturers website. It comes with two different attachments which will accomodate several hose sizes. Should do the job. I'll pass on the info. Hopefully it's in there budget.
 
Thanks....and this one is brand new as well. Still with the original cellophane wrapping on the box. $140 shipped and it's yours.
 
Ooops didnt read the post thoroughly enough :-) Let me compare to see if the 2400 is what I need. Great deal. Will get back to you shortly.
