couple of questions:

best thing to use to "create" a new hole from the existing plug on the sump so it will fit a 2" bulkhead

bulkhead is thread and thread. whats the best way to plumb to my dart? Do you "screw" on an attachment then the other side be a "slip" side and put the 2" PVC into that and run it to the pump? I plan on using a true union ball valve as well from the sump to the pump

To make the existing hole bigger on the sump to accomodate a larger 2" regular bulkhead use a dremel or similar tool. Measure the 2" bulkhead thickness from the threads and add a little bit so the bulkhead fits into the hole snug. Rubber seal end goes on the the water side. If the bulkhead you have is slip inside the end facing out, then below is an example of the plumbing pieces starting from the bulkhead to the pump.

2" bulkhead slip> 2" pvc pipe> 2" True Union ball valve slip> 2" pipe> 2" male adapter> Dart Pump

I like lowes, they always have the 2" true union ball valve slipxslip.

okay so my 2" bulk head is thread and thread

i bought an adapater that screws into threads then makes it a slip so i can "slip" the pvc in it and run it to the true union ball valve

do i need to glue or use plumbers tape on those adapters that are screwed into the bulkhead or just screw them until they are tight

Plumbers paste works best for me, but if you have tape already that'll be fine. Be careful, hand tighten only or you'll risk breaking bulkhead. Same goes for the connection to the pump. Reeflo pump's volute's crack easily.
