2 Clownfish Fighting over Anemone

I recently got a Cody Anemone for my clownfish a week ago.
Anemone is doing great, however my smaller clown thinks it can take on my bigger clown O.O

The 2 clarkaii clownfish were doing fine before the Anemone. But after the first few days of it, I noticed whenever the larger clown approaches the Anemone, the small one nips at him. This is also strange because they agree to sleep with each other inside of it.

I have had the larger clownfish for a good 4 months longer, but he is also less aggressive and mellow. Unlike my smaller clarkaii, who is much more active.

If anyone knows if this is temporary, or if there is a solution, please let me know.

*My Parameters are near perfect*

Generally the larger becomes more dominant and turns into the female, the smaller should turn into the male and be more protective/ aggressive. Generally aggression passed as they pair up, I've had 3 pairs of clowns and all have done the same thing, just nature doing its thing :)
