2 different diseases in one day?

Yesterday, my 40 frags of zoanthids looked great. Today, there seems to be a problem.

These oral discs are 2/3 of the size they were yesterday and all of the sudden something has developed between the polyps (shown with arrows):

This frag had been acting normal up till 2hrs ago. Is the circled area zoa pox, or am I overreacting?
