Codename: Dutchess
I have an 8 bulb 48" ati fixture over a shallow deep blue 80 gallon and am missing the blue led supplementation of my old set-up.
I noticed euraquatics is coming out with a new e5 bulb that's supposed to be 25% brighter and was considering a pair of them along with 4 blue plus and 2 coral plus bulbs.
Also in the running is a reefbrite xho strip but the budget will only allow one for now.
I like that the e5 bulbs will keep my fixture looking clean and the pair will be around $200 less than a reefbrite. I think I'd get better coverage with the e5s too but honestly I've never seen them in person nor have I been able to find a comparison between them and reefbrites.
I'd really love to hear from anyone with experience using both e5s and reefbrites as to which option would be best for my situation.
