2 first fish added

Hi everyone!
just stopping in with some questions...

First thing, I have had my 20gal long up and running since october 2nd, 2013. last week, I moved my tank into a new spot but at that time I had only 3 turbo snails in it. no fish.
this past weekend, I set up my sump with activated carbon and my blue filter pads from the HOB I did have on it during the initial cycle of the water.

and Sunday, I went out and got 2 clownfish, and 1 is smaller than the other...my guess the larger must be a female. And that they must be a pair. so I just got both.
and after almost 3 days in the tank, They look like they are doing good. I did not quaratine them...I didn't get one set up in time. but like I mentioned...they are active. I first fed them some frozen mysis on Monday, and then 10am Tuesday.
They just continue to look happy, swimming around when the light is on. and night, more relaxed in very few spots.
I also did a 10% water change before they went in.

...update for tonight. at 1:31am (lol, was kinda funny as I stuck the syringe in the water to get sample water...they rushed to the top waiting for food..my guess. and just to get nothing, and looked at me and swam away.)

I tested my water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, calcium, magnesium, dKH, pH, and sg.

ammonia was about 0-0.05
nitrite 0ppm
nitrate 20ppm
pH8.1
sg 1.024
calcium 470ppm
magnesium 1140ppm
alkalinity 10.5dKH

the temp was down to 73F..but they were fine. I just dialed up the one 50W heater. The other one I have in a 5gal bucket of new saltwater I have mixing up for the up coming 20% water change. (I kinda want to get those grey brute cans to prepare for water changes/toppoffs.)

my main question is..
How soon will I know if the clownfish start to act abnormal in the tank?
I'm watching them, and the tank a lot just so I can catch anything nasty looking (sick/ill disease bound fish.) I'm a bit nervous, because I didn't quarantine them. But again, they look perfectly fine, not itching or rubbing on things. just the occasion of swimming fast for a few seconds and then go back to just gently moving. eyes and fins look good. no scratches or fogginess of the eyes.

pictures are blurry. just took them.
Thank you!! :)

and right after taking them, going back to my desk..I take a peek back to the tank, and the small clownfish was picking at the larger one...and then the larger one began to shake. any clue?
