2 fish in a qt

Will I have any major issues of housing a midas blenny and kole tang in a 29g qt tank? I plan on changing the water (1-2g) every 2-3 days.

That is plenty of room. Did you use a seeded sponge from the dt? If not, the ammonia may build up and you'll need to do more than 1 -2g water changes or use amquel. Of course if you're using copper, you'll be unable to use the amquel

Be sure to provide the midas blenny a place to hide in the QT so that you do not stress him since they are natural hiders.

Yes I used a seeded sponge. Hoping I will not have to use any copper in the tank but that is a bridge I will cross when the time comes
