Hello,
I have a 14g JBJ Cube with its original pump currently just holding a bunch of loose this and that. It is has been pretty neglected but got it for next to nothing, so I figured I could take it and fix it up some and make it nice once again. I am looking to be gutting it out soon and turning it into an easy little softie and leather tank. My first questino is does anyone know what an ideal size pump is that would be easy to install into this and ideal for that type of aquarium?
My other question is that I have seen other biocubes before where the back filter area actually has the "trickle" wet/dry bio ball area in it the back of it. Mine doesn't quite do that. Instead it is just all filled with water in the back area and doesn't run over the top and trickle down into the next spot at all. Is this how the JBJ Biocubes are supposed to be?
Any info on the subject is much appreciated! Thank you!
