Well they say things always come in 3's, I am as far as #2 now. Last week my fridge when Kaput. Last night my key pad to open my door on my car went kaput. The bad part was my keys were in the car. :eek2:
I proposely leave my keys in the car so I don't loose them at work. I am a misc operator, so that means, I go around to plant, set up various machines and get them ready to run. I could be 20 different places in an 8 hour shift. And as I leard a few years back, I don't enjoy searching for 2 1/2 hours for my keys (when they fall out of my poctet.)
When I am supose to be home. So I just put them in the console, and lock the door. The key pad would let my in. WELL, it doesn't work that way when the pad won't work. We stood out side for an hour last light in the cold. It took the cops that long to get it open. And that was as they had given up, and were trying to get their tools out of the door.
I am whinning. I am not. I am mostly wondering if the problem could be a fuse or would it be something else. I hope I don't lock them in again tonight out of habbit. I don't think they will comeback and help me again. :lol:
Now to wait for the third shoe to drop.

Key pad, as long as I remember not to lock my keys in there when I go to work. That will be good as well.

I mean no disrespect here, but you have a lot of problems with life as well as the tank! I hope I am not getting you mixed up with some other person-but most of the posts I read from you are- something dying, crazy fungus, fish dying, weird fish disease, coral dying, electrical problems, sump breaking, water spilling, laid off from work, guy got arm cut off, over worked,. etc... I can only hope and pray that things start to go your way from here on out. good luck!

You're not upsetting me. I do have a special attraction to luck. Mostly weird luck. But it keeps me on my toes. :lol: I am not complaining. When I post it here, mostly I am looking for answers, help. Like the fridge, I was wondering if there was something I should look at. Because it was working, and blowing cool air, not not cold enough to cool the fridge down. So I figured something must be blocked. The car I thought the fuse might have gone out for the key pad. I was hoping that would be all it was. But not so lucky. The tank, when I had all those fish die, What we are told from the beginning in this hobby, if your nitrates are up, do a water change, well I did the water changes thinking I was doing the right thing, instead I guess I some how did too many trying to fix a problem and made the problem a lot worse. I ended up sterilizing my tank. I ended up removing the benfitial bateria that I needed. The good new with that is even with my nitrates at 100 for the last three weeks. I haven't lost a fish or a coral. The tank is starting to build itself back up now. The amonia has finally droped back down to zero. I am hoping that in a few more weeks the tank will build itself back enough to start lowering the nitrates. This is something that to me is very weird. But with the help of the great people here. I finally figured out what was going on. So now can fix it.

Guy didn't lock out the press, and decided to go inside the machine to clear a jam up. while clearing the jam up the machine started, and pulled him into it. I got stuck cleaning up the mess. I don't know how I managed to keep my cookies. Never want to deal with anything like that again.
