thread highjacker. i was reading the other day about magflake not being as pure as it once was. you may want to look into the other brand that randy suggest in his artical. by the way the filter socks should be here this week they finally came off backorder.

i will get a bag this week and we can meet up this weekend if you want.

blake does your calcium solution turn milky when left in the bottle. i noticed that when i went to make another gallon that there was some milky redish fluid in the bottom of the bottle. and i used the product i got from buckfield supply. not sure will have to see if the next batch does the same.

thanks chad, and thats kind of wierd, my calcium solution was def. clear all the way to the bottom.
