System Replacement - Lost in Eaton Fire in California

My system was heavily contaminated with lead and other fire pollutants during the Eaton Fire last January. I'm working through my insurance claim and need to educate my insurer on the actual costs of system replacement. They think it's as simple as buying a cheap Petco tank and stand and calling it a day. Can you offer me some advise on building an estimate from a single, possibly nationally recognized, vendor? I know the devil is in the details and I can build a list of components, but does anyone have some advise on how to proceed?

Probably a good chance that they have done system cost estimates for other fire damage victims
