2 Perc

I just scored 2 perc from my fish store. I tried feeding them some of the mix seafood stuff but they dont really eat. They are about about 2in. What other food should I feed them. I also had this light green BTA that turned brown. Any1 know why, I have it under 250w HQI and feed it here and there.

Mine love frozen mysis shrimp, I ususally soak them in Vita chem 5 times a week. They also eat formula 1 flakes. formula 2 flakes, and brine shrimp plus flakes. I switch it up everyday.

That could be the anemones natural color.

One of my clown have developed some small white dots. Across his body. Is he sick?

Are there any websites that have comprehensive information and photos of diseases? I saw one but i never saved the page.

Try a drop or two of Garlic Xtreme in their tank about 5 minutes before adding the food - it will increase their appetite plus boost their immune system (where I work, this is standard protocol for all new clownfish arrivals if they are not eating within 12 hours after the fish are acclimated). Hope this helps!

White dots on your fish might just be Ich, a parasite that lives in every tank and only jump your fish when they loose their slime coat from being stressed maybe your tank havent fully cycled and the perculas are angry or alot of temperature fluctuations does it alot of the times.
