2-Tunze 6100's on multi. -or- Hammerhead closed loop?

....i own 6060's, but they aren't controllable and i'm wondering how much sps & clams enjoy the 30%-100% curve ??

Hey Matt ,

I know you have seen my tank . I have 6 clams and you know the story lots of flow . My streams are all up to 80% now and I have secured most of my corals . Once the rest are secure it will go up to 100%

Anyways 3x6100's and 2x6200's . I took my 6060 out and put it back over in my BB90.

I also plan to add 3 of the large nano streams soon also .

i have a deep fine bed though.....so with that in mind what would you do?

properly aimed streams would be my choice.

My vote is for streams. With an external pump, you have noise issues, bulkheads and plumbing which can leak and more. Powerheads (especially Tunze) are the way to go IME.
