2 Wrasse ID Please

Not sure on the 1st wrasse but the 2nd is not a wrasse, its a Swales Swissguard Basslet

I think the second is a deepwater candy basslet. Swissguards are more red. Big difference in price.

Social/longfin fairy wrasse (Cirrhilabrus rubriventralis) and Swale's basslet (Liopropoma swalesi). Both are normally very hardy, and as you can see, very beautiful species :dance:

Agreed on both ID's.

You are likely thinking of Liopripoma rubre, AKA Swissguard Basslet.

Without seeing the ventral fins of fish #1 Cirrhilabrus joanallenae is still a possibility, but is similar in color and behavior to C. rubriventralis.

Fish #2 is without a doubt Liopropoma swalesi as previously noted.
