the ballast are magnetic old i don't know the name but they work
the only thing you will need is the hardware to hang it and a new cover for the lights it broke when i took it down
it has a fan built it

lol glad to hear you got a buyer. That big red mushroom had to go to my buddys 90 gallon, and it is ginormous. I've upgraded to a 30 gallon now, which has a little more room than my old 5.5 gallon. Check out my 30 gallon thread to see how they're doing.
