20 anthias in a 120g tank?

no way -- you'd need a 240+ plus they need to be fed like 4 -5 times a day.
Id get them small and try 6-8
I started out w/ a 20g fish only tank and found I can only keep about 4 small fish, so I go by that rule
divide the tank up and visualize what the fish would look like in a 5-10 gallon per fish
