I can create some CAD file for you if you give me the required dimensions. I can google the size and make an approximation but having the actual measurements for your tank would be best.
Also more insight on the reason for CAD file.... are you 3d printing the baffles or just want a computer simulation of what you want? If you plan on cutting glass for the panels don't see a reason for CAD.
