20 gallon too small for a bimac?

Is a 20 gallon too small for a bimac, and if it is, are there any octopus I could keep in a 20? (no blue rings!) Thanks for any info.

way too small, think 55 to let it get to full adult size...

any of the dwarfs would be okay, but they tend to be scretive and short lived
