Come on now- that's a bad idea not only because they're poisonous, but also rare/somewhat endangered....Maybe a Bimac- I'm not sure of their requirements, but they don't get very large.
i would not recommend any octo,or ceph for that matter to a 20 gallon,also bimacs will comet suicide,if you put them in a 20 gallon,there minamum is 55 gallon, no less, and for pygmys 30 gallon.
