How many tables do you expect to sell, and how many people do you average in attendance?

We don't sell tables yet, we just let people show up and set up. The money we earn is from entrance fees and raffle tickets. If my memory serves correct, we had over 200 people last year. But, I have slept since then. we currently have over 3000 bucks worth of donated items for the raffle. We get a really good turnout usually, new venue this year, so we are all excited. Next year we are hoping to couple everything with a couple of speakers and start getting closer to an actual conference type setting.

We don't sell tables--any hobbyist can buy, sell and trade. We are still soliciting livestock vendors.

This year's event will be held at the Latvian Community Center at 1008 West 64th Street in Indianapolis from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

To get into the swap... Do I need to be a paying member of INDMAS or can I pay at the door? If so how much?
