We have an update in regards to the dates for the next Coral Conference & Frag Swap . The dates for our next Coral Conference & Frag Swap event have been announced and will take place on June 18-20, 2010. As you may notice; we will not be hosting a Coral Conference for the year of 2009. Although we realize that this may come as a disappointment to those of you who were looking forward to making reservations to attend the 2009 conference; we are hoping that by taking the year off we will be able to support other conferences in different parts of the country. We thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you in 2010.

Thank you,

snorvich,

Thank you for your patience while we looked into our schedule for the upcoming year. We are still working on planning for various events and are unable to provide a more comprehensive schedule until our plans have been finalized.

We will have exhibitor booths at the following:

MACNA XX â€"œ September 5-7, 2008 in Atlanta, GA at the Westin Hotel (Booths 134 & 147)

Reef-A-Palooza ’08 â€"œ October 11-12, 2008 in Costa Mesa, Ca at the Orange County Fair and Event Center (Booth E12)

We apologize, however we are unable to provide any more dates at this time.

I assume you will be selling corals at Macna? Will you hold the corals till the end of the show if they are paid for so that I dont have to keep them in the hotel room?
TIA

Lacy,

Thank you for your patience while we obtained this information. At this time we have no plans on selling any of the products or aquatic life we offer at the conferences we attend. Our plan is to utilize the booth at MACNA and other conferences to answer questions about the products and services we offer at Drs. Foster & Smith and LiveAquaria. We expect to have a complete display aquarium in order to show some of the equipment, corals, aquacultured live rock, and fish we offer in our catalogs and on our web sites. We will be handing out catalogs as well as other literature about our company during this time and also will be donating 20 coral frags to be raffled off at the end of the week.

If you have further questions please feel free to contact us.

So, you can not have these product booths AND host a swap?

I have heard some express their opinions that the fosters and smith swap is one of the biggest and better ones in the nation.

Something smells fishy here. No pun intended.

Gbcichlids,

Thank you for your question and comments about our successful Foster and Smith Coral and Frag Conferences. Our Aquatic Management has made the decision to expand our knowledge and ideas for future swaps by attending different conferences around the country. Our goal is to research new and exciting ideas to present to everyone attending the next planned Coral and Frag Swap in 2010.

That sucks. We never make it that far north for the coral and frag swaps. We live in S. Florida and we have been ordering from you since day one. I was really hoping to get some stuff from you.
