The Christmas Party this year is going to be Saturday January 8th 2011 from 6-11 pm. The location is the Radisson Colorado Springs Airport hotel on south Powers and Fountain Blvd. The cost will be $15 in advance that will include 3 free raffle tickets. If you decided to pay at the door it will be $20 and 3 free raffle tickets. For the first 20 people that pay in full you will get a drink ticket for use at the bar.
There will be buffet style food, menu to follow, a TV with Rock Band hooked up, and a fully stocked cash bar.
There is going to be a raffle same style as the way the meetings are $2.00 a ticket. The 3 free tickets that you will receive with your admission will not be allowed to be used for the grand prize, which will be announced closer to the event.
The Radisson will be offering discounted room rates, $75 for 2 double bed room and $85 for a king bed room. If you would like to book a room then call the front desk and let them know that you are going to be attending the SCMAS Christmas party and you will get the discounted rate.
Tickets for the event can be purchased with any board member.
