210 gallon setup for sale....

Hello, I am putting up my tank and setup for sale. The price is $500.

Includes:
210 gallon tank
75 gallon tank built as a refugium and protein skimmer house.
custom stand with canopy - including switches and outlets inside base.
Korallin 1502 calcium reactor
phosban reactor
AquaC EV-240 protein skimmer
3Lumenbright MH pendants
2 VHO flourescent tube w/ballasts
And all other pumps and equipment included.

Here are the problems...
Will most definitely need to be cleaned.
The hinges on the doors and canopies will need to be changed.
The clamps on the pipes will need to be replaced.

Cool specialty stuff....
Canopy lifts whole face up and when closed the front doors swing open.
Two 20amp main switches with many switches that control outlets.
Three timer switches that control lighting.
