Selling as a complete set as everything has to go together, we are moving out-of-state in a month or two. First $1500 takes it all.
This set-up has everything you would possibly need except your own corals! The tank comes with black stained wood stand, black stained wood canopy, 3" (or more) thick aragonite/CC sand base, and over 150 pounds of live rock with no undesirables. This rock is not the overly dense rock, so you get alot of rock for the weight. It is a mixture of figi, tonga, and others I am unsure of since it was purchased by another reefer. The sump is approxiamtely a 30 gallon, and includes pump ( I believe is a Mag 5), and a large in-sump protein skimmer. Comes with about 6-10 months worth of filter floss medium , and a 5 lb bucket of bioballs if you want them, I took them out for lower nitrates. The protein skimmer is approximately 15" in sump, with a 6" collection cup out of the top of the sump for easy access.
This is NOT a DIY stand, and the canopy was custom made by a retailer for maximum air flow capabilities due to increased heat production of the metal halides installed in it. The canopy has (2) 250 watt 14K Hamilton metal hallides on a dual ballast, (1) 175 watt 13K metal hallide on a single ballast in the center, I had 4 VHO lights in there as well, but I am keeping those for someone else. Also (4) 4inch fans are set-in the canopy, 2 in the back, and 1 on each side for extra cooling of these lights. Large reflector covers canopy top from side to side, for optimal lighting requirements.
The tank is 72" length, 29" height, 24" width. The stand itself is 30" height, and the canopy is 16" height. Being a total space of 6 feet wide x 6 feet tall. A great way to make your neighbors jealous! LOL.
I have tried to post recent photos on here, but for some reason it won't let me, so email me with your email and I will attach the photos in a reply. Or you can check out the photos in my gallery, but they're really not that great, and do not do this tank justice at all. Best bet is to make an appointment to see this tank, it is an awesome sight to see.
Livestock in tank currently are 2 Niger Triggers, 1 Bursa Trigger, all of small <3" size, and also a southern pufferfish about 8" in size. Feel free to make offers on these, but you may have to wait until tank is sold or liverock removed/sold to get to the triggers. They like to swim in the rockwork and hide, especially the rocks with holes big enough for them to swim into and lock themselves in!
