You probably also need to remember that you are in Sarasota, and for some reason, the SRQ area doesn't seem to be nearly as active as the Bay area. If you are going to entice the buyers from the bay, it would help if you listed all the equipment included along with the pictures.

If you get desperate enough to just want it out of your house, I could easily find a place for it. :lol:
