Yea I agree there. But also keep in mind, low iron glass scratches relatively easy too. Point is, be careful! I am OCD, and a scratched tank bothers the heck out of me. especially important on BIG tanks.
 
i was mainly thinking of the weight of a tank that size, acrylic would cut that weight in half. I guess i only got to move it once though.
 
Is this reef or FOWLR? If FO, then you wouldn't necessarily have to change twice as much water, as long as you kept it lightly stocked.

I'd also go with glass because if a tank that big gets scratched, there's not really anything you can do. Too much of a hassle to replace that sheet or something.

Also, look into making your own rock. It'll save you a ton with a tank that big. ;)
