220 Gallon Tank and such for sale

We are in the process of starting to build a new home and I don't want to break this tank down, and wait, etc. I just don't have time right now to deal with that, 2 new puppies, 2 kids, and building a new home.

1. 220 gallon All Glass dual over-flow in the back, stand and hood. (back is painted black, there are a few scratches not that bad at all) Stand and hood are a cherry color I believe
2. Acrylic sump
3. Ehiem return pump.
4. 250 watt heater
5. Vertex 180 skimmer (with brand new pump)
6. Live Rock (not sure on total lbs, got some from a friend, had some already)
7. 3 x Ice Cap 660 for 9 T5 bulbs
8. 9 x 80 T5 watt bulbs
9. GEO 612 w/10lb Co2 tank, and the best reg on the market Reef Fanatic (used for <1 month) still has gas in the tank. full of brand new media
10. Milwaukee pH controller (needs probe) SM122.
11. Reef Fanatic Auto Top Off (1 month old)
12. 3/4 full tub of salt
13. INCLUDES 4 green chromis, 1 Picasso clown, 2 Rose BTA, Goby, 6 line, Hippo Tang, Yellow Tang.
14. BRS dual chamber reactor
15. ZEOvit reactor 1.5 liter.
16. I am sure I am missing something.

I am looking for $1800 for the setup. I will help break it down and load it up. This tank is ready to go, you won't need to buy a thing for it. I do not want to break it up unless I can have someone want everything, including the tank. I don't have a lot of time to work on breaking it up. I feel this is a fair price for this quality of setup.

I bought 2 of the ice cap 660's on here a few weeks ago (wasn't planning on building a new home) and 1 I have been using for 5 months. not sure of the age on them, but they are all in great working order and looks.

TOTAL OF 3 - $75/each shipped. They all have wiring harnesses included.

Skimmer with 4 week old pump (ran the first one dry ... bought a new one)

GEO 6-12 with Reef Fanatic Regulator want to sell as a package, I sent it to George had him put in the pH probe lid and upgraded the pump so the pump is only 4 weeks old

When you say this,do they come ready to put on tank,just plug them in or do they have to be put together or additional item bought to get them up and going?? I have a a 60" long tank,25.5" deep and 18" wide, 125 gallons so im looking for a 6 bulb 80 watt a peice set up for it. Does it come with the legs also to mount it on top of my tank? Built in timers, moon lights,cooling fans? thanks and any and all info on the lights would help. What bulbs do they come with also, if any, and how old are they? Thanks for your time,im in upstatde ny,does the $75 shipped apply to me also? any deals if i buy two? and could you post pics of just the lights on here? Thanks agian
