225-2/6100 + wavebox ?

Hi all,

I have a 225gal. (72x30x24T). I currently have 1 6100 stream and have another 6100 and a wave box on order.

I was wondering what may be the best placement of the streams and wave box. Also I have a 7095 multi controller. What would be to configure this set up? Should I put the wavebox on the 7095 or run it on it's supplied controller? Do I need to buy the controller if I already have the 7095 and this was to be the preferred method of controlling the wavebox? What program would you run on the controller?

What would the controller do w/ this set up in tide mode?

I would use Interval 2 mode and run the wavebox independently. The wavebox always needs its controller, this can be connected in series to the 7095 but it only adds the ability to turn it off for a period of the day which you likely won't want to do.

So if I understand right you would run the wavebox on it's included controller and not switch the jumpers on the 7095?

I would imagine I would place a 6100 on each side of the tank and kind of bounce the the flow off the front glass toward the opposite front corner and have the wavebox in one of the back corners sending the wave lenghtwise down the back wall. I'm thinking the wavee box will sit about 6"'s or so in front of the back wall.

Thanks for your help. Can't wait to get the stuff and get it going. :)

The jumper is actually in the wavebox controller.

I would just leave it independent.
