GET OFF MY LAWN
Well time has come to sell the tank. $2750 for the below which is a STEAL. If she does not sell then I guess I will dry-dock it for my future home. Will sell the light separate if someone is interested and re-price the tank and stand accordingly.
Tank: LeeMar Starphire glass on 3 sides. Eurobraced with center overflow. Two 1.5" drains with dual 1" returns. Epoxied back / ABS bottom. STUNNING tank. 72W x 30D x 24T Very large and beautiful / big enough I can lay down it in! Also the depth is great, makes an aquascape beautiful.
Plumbing: All custom with Siphon overflow and emergency drain. Also separate plumbing for accessories. Comes with 20G ATO tank and 40B sump.
Stand: Built like a beast. Never put doors on it but has hinges for glass doors. Finished in black slate stone. Top of stand and inside finished in CNC'ed 1" white poly. 8" lip on the front which can be used for working on the tank and is strong enough to walk on while working in the tank! Also lights under stand for working on your rig.
Light: Custom DIY to the extreme 120 LED / Cree fixture with 80 degree optics. Dual channels for manual control of blue and white leds to make whatever color you like from 5K to past 20K. Also moonlight built in. Comes with a Neptune Apex cable for simple full control or I can make up a manual controller if you need. More than capable of growing SPS as I did with great results.
Light comes with a motorized lift that mounts in the attic. If you plan to use this, make sure you have the room in the attic! Lifts the light with ease. Lift is actually capable if hoisting over 120lbs.
Some pics when new, will be as new at time of purchase as I am very meticulous with cleaning. Will take fresh pics this week when I get a chance. Just posting to line up a buyer.
Stand in the office / center post in front was removed (not weight bearing) Have full pics of the build. Solid as a rock.
Custom LED light fixture - 72" x 14" x 2" Over $1400 in parts just to build it not including the light lifter.

What the plumbing looked like prior to teardown. Comes as listed above - no pumps, controllers or reactors. Ready to add in your gear. Can recommend hardware if needed.
Feel free to ask any questions. Setup is a bit on the higher end - do not expect her to sell fast. I do hope she finds a good home to a real enthusiast! Pickup only as I do not have a truck. Will need at least 3-4 people total (including myself) as it is quite a beast weight wise.
