Yes that is it.
The fixture is in good condition. I don't know how old it is, I bought it used off of reef central.
I had this over my bio-cube for about 3 months and I upgraded to a 120 gallon cube (36" tall).
I upgraded to a 400 watt set up for better light penetration and faster growth.
