You're able to keep all of those; however I would be recommend you consider holding off on the plate coral and clams. If it is a long tentacle plate coral (Heliofungia sp.), I've learned in my experience that they prefer higher levels of lighting. A short tentacle fungia plate coral ought to be fine.
Regarding the clams, I would probably be wary of adding those to your tank. Clams really need higher intensity lighting to really thrive, metal halides preferably. Don't get me wrong, I've seen them under HO T-5's as well, but PC's may be a little iffy. If you do go with them, be sure they get the most intense light possible towards the upper tiers of your tank.
