24g aqua pod 70w hqi has been discontinued, why?

I have had mine for a little over a year and they were so difficult to find. I can't imagine it was due to overstock.

i dont see how they are discontinued, i still see it in marine depot?
after all they do produce the tank and light seperately

I googled it and I saw that it was either discontinued or on clearence sale. check drs site

The 70w MHQ were simply not a popular as the 150w and the new 28g MHQ's will be available in late March.
