24g flow for sps tank

Hey guys, I have a 24 gallon nano cube and I have a 1200 maxijet for the return pump and 2x 425 koralia nano's. I plan on getting a wave maker to alternate the pumps every few seconds or so.


I have a total of 1145gph. So that's about a 48x turnover rate that includes the sump area though so it would be well over 50x.

I have a couple of questions

First of all, Would this suffice for sps's?
If so, if I do use a wave maker, if I alternate the koralia nano's would it still count as me having a total of 1145 gph or would it only count as having 1maxijet return with 1 koralia nano.

Just a suggestion but why not just use 1 Vortech mp 10 Wes instead of 3 pumps??

Much easier to buy a few $30 phs over time instead of forking $250 for one. That said, I have a mp10 and it is well worth the money if you have it available.
