25-55 gallon Barrel?

I'll call my "hook-up" for the 55g barrels again if you'd like, Steve. Do you still have my telephone number? I won't be motivated to get mine up and running until I get an auto-top off that I'll be satisfied with.

My wife cleaned out my junker, and threw all my scraps and notes away... Dont have the number. Send it to me in a E-mail, or if you got mine call me??

Got a 75 up and running, not the 58!! Should be able to add some stuff this weekend if I get home, in I-da-ho now:confused:

you get one yet? we have plastic 55's at work, but I wouldn't know how to clean them. Its how we get our vinegar for the bread at the plant.... I'm positive I can get one... but if the vinegar has seeped into the plastic, it may leech out... that might have an effect on your ph.... although, some use vinegar in their kalk mix.... so im sure a small amount wouldnt hurt anything...

Where do you work, Jason? The ones I can get my filthy mitts on have had soy sauce, vinegar, or mustard in them as well - and no one has has any problems with them. My drum "hook-up" is a dude who works at Reckitt Benkieser or whatever the heck it's called.
I would think that as long as the barrels were deemed fit for the food industry, they'd good for reef purposes after a good RO soak - but no one has ever confused me with Stephen Hawking, either...
:smokin:

We use vinegar to clean reef equipment..

How much you want for one Jason?? Would take 2, if you can get them??
