250/300 watt heaters

On ebay a 300 watt submersible heater is cheaper than a 250 watt submersible heater? Any reason here? Will it kill a power bill?

Different manufacturers or sellers for the price. No the wattage wont kill a power bill, Many people as myself use 300 watt heaters for our larger tanks.
