it is an advance m58 coil and cap magnetic in a weigand enclosure all connections were soldered and heat shrunk, if memory serves me right it had about an 8ft lead with quick disconnect to the mogul socket enclosed in a blue braided high temp jacket and a 6 ft truly grounded 110vac power cord
