where was this 2 weeks ago when I was at Salty buying a new 175 hamilton bulb and tunze skimmer, I really would have liked to upgrade to 250

I dont know , do you think you should be selling this bulb. you be undercutting local fishstores.You know they could go to S C and buy a new one, there you go taking business from the sponsors that pay to advertise. I know , Kinda petty ist it!

I will be compiling Reef Central and C-SEA rules and ethics information to post in an upcoming newsletter. Erik Kreeger has a very good point when he politely asks that LFS or pseudo "for profit" entities whether they are an official establishment or an agent thereof refrain from selling items on this site. We use this site to sell items from time to time to recover some of the cost and help our fellow aquarists obtain equipment at "used" prices. Mr. Kreeger is an upstanding aquarist who was simply making a point. It's not my place to enforce any rules. However, I will "personally" state that snide attacks on C-SEA members who simply made a point... is not appreciated. Nuff said.

This is forsale as a used ballast, not a bulb so I don't get your point or you missed the thread title?

It's understandable that one's axe may get dull from time to time; we're fine with that. I believe, however, that most folks would appreciate it if you ground it elsewhere.
