well I think it's time to start thinking about selling the system and move on to another place in my life. not sure where yet but I know it's somewhere other than the fish tank. we have been remodeling the house and working alot and getting married and although she doesn't want to get rid of it I do. I am the one who pays for it and takes care of it for the most part so I get to say on this one. she's the boss of everything else. been putting this part off for months just to make sure but i keep feeling it's the right thing to do. we may go to a smaller tank like a seahorse cube but that has yet to be decided.
there is very little I will sell before the takn stand and canopy go. I will wait years if I have to. I have to keep enough of the system to keep everything healthy and worth selling. I have a buyer for the livestock and rock so it is only for sale to someone else if I don't have to deliver it. right now the deal is $1500 delivered for the livestock only. this includes the rock. it's not a have to sell to them deal so if someone else wants to give me more for the livestock and pick it up I will do that. this is the only way I will sell the livestock. it's a package deal for the livestock. all or nothing. no taking a single piece out for anyone.
livestock includes about 40 ricordea of different colors. I think 4 barney purple ricordea's bright pink, orange, green and mulitcolors. a few yuma's also
2 real rose anemones about 8 inches

the tank is a 265 perfecto with an oak plywood stand and canopy I never got to finish. needs doors and trim. doors are $400 approximately locally for nice oak raised panels. I won't be supplying them but I will throw in the stain and clear coat I still have to match what is already finished. a friend most of you on here know said he will finish everything for the buyer for a fee of course but the end look will determine the price. I know him as being very fair. everything is less than a year old unless I say otherwise. the price for this set not to be broken up for any reason besides full set price payment is $1400.
I also have a sequence snapper 2500gph for $150 it will come with a brand new seal for you to install for free.
1 shuran calcium reactor with bottle and regulator for $500
1 aquacontroller2 with 12 x10 outlets for $350 temp ph and orp probes included
1 70 gallon or so sump $150 . has 1 2 inch bulkhead installed. 3/8 thick material that holds 4 socks.
1 euroreef 30 inch tall 8 inch body cs series recirculating skimmer. feeds with a 5000 pump and recircs with a 9000 pump. kicks series butt. $600
1 tunze 7095 controller $150 newer
1 tunze 6080 2 years old $75
2 tunze 6100 2 years old $200 each

remember I am not selling any live stock seperate. I am not selling the livestock before the tank is paid for in cash. I can take the livestock where i have it sold the day before the tank is picked up no problem. I don't want an empty tank stinking up my living room.
a total price for everything with livestock is $5200 firm. I did all the negotiating for you by taking money off the total added up price.
