265 reef tank

Hi again on top of my leveling issue that I have going in a different thread which I hope to get more help on I also forgot to ask do you guys recommend sticking a 1/2 sheet of foam between tank and ply wood I am reading this is a good idea but have also read not to any thoughts it is a 265 gallon reef ready glass tank with the black plastic trim 84x24x30 thanks guys for any help
