28 Gallon Hexagon?

hey misguided, I had almost that exact same setup about a year ago, it was hard for me to keep everything in check temperature wise, and I had 2 fans pushing air in, and one pulling it directly out the top.
setup was as follows:
live rock tower in the middle w/ a cave underneath
Mag 3 driving Remora Pro
Mag 5 driving a SCWD
14K 175 watt hamilton
6 PC screw in 50/50 bulbs
I kept a purple mili just fine at the top of the tank, excellent growth. trumpet corals and shrroms all did great.
the experiment med a sad end when a pump stuck and overheated the tank (in the 90's) and turned everything to soup. I tried to recover it but aiptasia made it impossible, I suppose if I had cooked the rock it would have turned out better... anyhow... I broke it down and kept my fish in a tub until recently, will be posting a follow along on my 120 cube shortly.
