A buddy of mine decided to shut down his tank. Now that seems normal and all except he is the owner/founder of Saltwater Connection or as some of you may remember them as SWC. The skimmers, lights, food, etc, all his designs.
So he listed a 280ga plus "goodies" for sale for $1500. So I bit the bullet.
This is going to be my build log in setting up this massive tank with a new custom built stand.
Here's the list of goodies I picked up from him, haven't taken full inventory of it all yet:
- 283ga tank (84 x 26 x 30)
- CO2 tank plumbed up
- Korallin Calcium Reactor (not in pics)
- 3 stage RO system with (6 - 5 micro new filters, and 4 - carbon filters)
- Custom Acrylic Sump (brand new - 48" l x 24" w x 20" h - approx 100ga)
- SWC Xtreme Cree LED lights (x6)
- 14,000k Metal Halide Bulbs (x3 - 2 new 1, used)
- Neptune Aqua Controller II
- SWC Refractometer
- SWC Magnesium (x4 - new)
- SWC Calcium (x2 - new)
