Hello I`am new to this forum. And my English is not awesome sorry about that.

I run a nano for like 2months. Just added a phosphate reactor to the stock pump I'am planning to change the stock pumps any thing you people recommend?

The 2nemos I hade where sick on the day they arrived. Kept them for 1week the white stuff on there skin did not go away so brought them back to lfs.

It's a t5 model also planning to switch to aquabeem tiles or custom made leds...

Filter material in the back chamber is. Purigen and siporax.

Most people change their stock pumps to Maxi-Jet 1200 I did and I don't care for them much. They can be noisy and the quality is not great. Some have changed them to Eheim 1000 and are happy with them. For the reactor you don't need a pump with that much flow. Try a Eheim 600 and put it in the skimmer chamber. The flow of your reactor looks too high by the picture so you may need to use the value you have to adjust it.

Thx for reply I might change them to eheim 1000's. I replaced the reactor pump its external now will post pictures later. I need to make the filter media trembel just a litel right? What you mean by putting it in the skimmer chamber the pump or the intake hose? I have the intake to the reactor in the left return pump chamber and tne outtake in the right bump chamber

From what I've read most people use the left and right pumps for flow to the display tank (or diverted to a chiller) and not for the reactor. They put the pump to run the reactor in the skimmer chamber (opposite the heater chamber)

no no the pumps are not on the reactor my hose is in that chamber. My pump is mounted outside the tank that pulls water from the left return pump chamber and puts it to the right return pump chamber

Any recomendations on led lightning that fits in the canopy?

Rapid LED makes a nice kit. I got my LEDs there and put together my own set up before they came out with a kit.
