You might notice a bit of hair algae, the battle is almost a memory. Otherwise in good shape.
In 11 months I have lost a Lawnmower Blenny and a clown that came to me near death. I have, however, bee able to contribute frags in of zoanthids, xenia, and some shrooms, to the start up of another succesful nano reef..

It is now time to start the 125 I have in storage.

I forgot to add that I use B-Ionic, cyclopeeze, and DTs Premium Reef Blend, as well as Spectrum Thera pellets occasionally when some else must feed my fish. Don't trust them with the cyclopeeze since my mother-in-law left it out on the counter. It stunk like you wouldn't believe after two days.

Also, I water change 5 gallons once a month with real seawater, the 5 gallon box of Aquatic Gardens Real Sea Water. $10 at my local store. More expensive than making my own but so darned easy. All top of comes from the water dispenser at my local Safeway. Clearly I must get a RO/Di system and mix my own saltwater when I upgrade to a larger aquarium. I originally was using Instant Ocean, but I took the salt, powerhead, heater, and mixing tub to work for my set up there and have never bought same for home.

Red Sea Xenia

Red Sea Xenia

Thanks for the ID. I didn't know what variety it was. I never see any in my LFS that looks quite like it unless they are frags I brought in.

Hey, you are welcome! Of all Xenia, I like it best. If it grows well for you (which it looks like it does) you could sell or trade it. Shipping it will be a PITA but can be done.

Oh, it grows better than well. I have gotten rid of some and am taking some to the lfs tomorrow. They said they will give me $15 a stalk store credit... ok!
