29 gallon biocube "replacement tank"?

For the past few days i have been looking for a tank that has just built in filtration, not any lights or pumps or things like that. I was looking at a 29 gallon biocube, but it was soooo expensive because of all the lighting and stuff.Then i found a "replacement tank" for the 29 gallon boicube. My question is, is there still built in filtration in the replacement tank, because it looks that way in the pics but I'm just making sure. Thanks for any input.

It has all the compartments if that's what you're asking. They usually don't come with the pump or any of the filter media.
