29 Gallon Lighting Suggestions?

I have a 29 gallon (30") tank to be used as a anemone tank. Any suggestions on the lighting?

I have been trying to find a light also, maybe something like this for a light hungry anemone

This ^^ is 120W LED running 55 2watt lights.. I am just not sure of how bright it will really be.. But at under $200 this is cheap!

I dont like halides because they just kill my energy bill with 2x the wattage per par.
