29 gallon Reef Ready Build Thread

got a little side tracked, hope to have it poly-ed and put back together tomorrow. I'll snap some pics if I do.

I did finish getting it put back together today. Here's a sub-par cell phone photo of the cabinet. The second photo shows where it is in the house. This cabinet matches the kitchen much better.

Weeeeeeeeellll. I've been reconfiguring the system lately. I'm just not happy with it all together. I got in a rush in the beginning, and never really got the fish room the way I wanted it, and I'm not running very efficiently power wise. Soooooo, instead of plumbing this to a sump that might move, it'll probably sit idle until I figure out what I'm gonna do. I'm pretty sure it's gonna involve an 800 gallon or so plywood tank.

Consequently, I'm probably gonna sell off the 210 in the basement, along with some of the equipment and livestock. I still have to figure out the logistics of keeping the animals/rock I want during the process.

Short answer is I'll probably get livestock in it in a few months.

Both tanks in this thread are now for sale. The twenty gallon in the first picture with white cabinet with Oddyssey T5 fixture not HO, but plenty of light for a twenty $125 obo. Also have a HOB filter I'll throw in.

Also the 29 gallon with 2x65 PC lighting minus the fake live rock. (Crabs ate it.) $150 boo
