Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to see if there was any interest locally on RC for a used 29 Gallon Perfecto Black Trim Aquarium with a Black Pine Stand. I recently acquired it from a friend who was moving and couldn't take it with him. He had used it briefly for freshwater in the past, but it was not in use for the majority of his ownership. It is approximately 2 years old, while only used for about 1 year. I will finish cleaning it out, but the tank and the stand are both still in great shape. I will also take pictures soon. It also comes with the a black plastic hood with fluorescent light, a heater and a small Whisper filter. If you are looking to use this tank to start a small saltwater setup, I can supply you with 10-20lbs. of some very nice live rock from my tank and a 30lb. bag of authentic "Southdown" oolitic aragonite to get you started for a little more. I'm asking $75, or best offer, for the tank, stand, hood, heater and light. If you want some rock and sand we can discuss another reasonable price for that too.
I also have a used 20 long which has been used for a sump in years past. It still is in good condition. Its a nice size for a small sump for a saltwater setup. If want to use it for a sump, I can custom install Plexiglas baffles for you to your specifications for no extra cost. I'm asking only $20 for it and any customizations you'd like.
I'm not sure if there is even anyone who even has any interest in this size tank on RC, but I just thought I'd ask before I tried my other options like craigslist.
