Got a new digital so I took some pics of my 29gal.

aquaclear 300 and prizm skimmer. used to have a powerhead in there too, but I needed more flow in my other tank so I switched it.

how is the monti cap doing?

maybe it works in your system, but i never would have thought that a HOB filter and skimmer would be sufficient flow for SPS

in my 29 before it was a reef i had 2 filters adn a powerhead in there, barely had any flow...

Well the monti's started off as frags the size of dimes many years ago, so I guess there doing pretty good. I may have been able to get more growth from them, but they seem happy. I have also fragged a few chunks off of both monti's throughout time.

Lookin' good! I like how the tank is filled with corals. Those are the coolect types of tanks IMO.

Thanks for all of the kind words. I personally like the look of the tank with stuff growing everywhere, but the tank is a bit full and some of my stuff doesent have enough room. I used to have even more in there until I was given a 38 gal and split everything up between the 2. Now both tanks are full and its about time to expand. I am in the process of designing a 75gal that will combine both of my tanks into one. It is a slow process though and will probably take me a little while still.
